Rice flour – Roasted – 1 cup

Water – 1.5 cup

SAlt -less than half tsp

Coconut oil- 1tbsp

Jaggery – 1 ps /( 3/4 cup if crushed )

water -1.5 tbsp

1/2 tbsp Powdered Spices ( Grind 7 cardamom + 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds + 1 small ps of Dry ginger )

Grated Coconut – 3/4 th portion of 1 coconut

Preparation

For dough, heat a pan, boil water, add salt and coconut oil, next add rice flour little by little, stir well, after mixing well, turn off flame, wait till the heat gone, then knead it well.

For filling, melt jaggerry, add coconut and spices powder, mix well, cook until it become thick.

Take rice dough, a small quantity put your palm, flattern it, add the filling, cover it carefully, after doing this for all, steam cook all balls.
