Ingredients
Rava – 400g
Oil- 3 tbsp
Mustard
Curry leaves
Dry chilli
Onion-1
Green chilli – 2
Carrot
Ginger
Water – 2 glass
Salt
Sugar-1/2tsp
Coconut 1/4 cup
Preparation
Roast rava in a pan, then transfer to a plate. In the same pan, add dalda, once it heat well, add mustards, after pop it add dry red chilly, next add onion, saute it well, next add green chilly, ginger, curry leaves and carrot, cook it for 1 minute, add salt and turmeric, mix well, next add sugar,then add rava, mix with vegetables, after heating it well add boiling water, stir well, finally add coconut, mix well.
