Preparation
Add mutton in a pressure cooker, add masalas in the above list, add salt and required water, then cook it well.
For marination, add all ingredients in a bowl, make a thick paste, and marinate cooked meat with this paste, then keep in refrigirator for 1 hour.
For white sauce, Melt ghee in a pan, add maida, after mixing well, add milk, stir well, once it become thick, add masalas and salt, then turn off flame.
Heat a pan, add oil, then set marinated meat above it, fry it in medium flame, pour the white sauce above the meat, spread over, next add some cheeses, finally add some coriander leaf.
