Ingredients
green gram-1 cup
water-1 cup
salt
jaggerry-1 1/2 cup
coconut-1 cup
cardamom powder-1 tsp
poha-1/2 cup
maida-1 1/2 cup
rice powder-2 tsp
salt-1/4 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
water
Preparation
Soak green gram for 4 hrs, then cook with water and salt. after cooking well transfer to a kadai, once the water dissolves add jaggerry juice, boil it well, add coconut, cardamom powder and poha into it, cook until it become thick. In a bowl, add rice flour,maida, salt and turmeric, mix with water and make a thick batter. Take green gram mix and make small ball shapes, dip in the batter and fry in hot oil.
