wheat flour-2 cup

coconut-1 cup

jaggerry juice-2 cup

Preparation

Heat a pan, add oil/ghee, next add banana pieces, saute it well, then add coconut, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes, then allow it to cool. Take wheat flour in a bowl, add banana mix, and jaggerry juice, mix well and make a thick batter, in a greased cake tin, pour this batter and steam it in a idli pot.
