Ingredients
kappa 1kg (tapioca)
turmeric 1/4tsp
chilly powder 1tsp
red chillies 10ns.
shallots 15nos.
garlic 4
salt as per taste
curry leaves
oil
mustard 1tsp
coconut grated 1/2cup
water
Preparation
Cook tapioca with water, and salt, then remove from water. Crush red chilly, shallots and garlic. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustards, next add crushed chilly with shallot, saute it well, next add turmeric, and kashmiri chilly, mix well, next curry leaves, coconut grated, saute for 2 minutes, next add salt, then add cooked tapioca, mix well, cook for another 1 minute.
