Variety Beef Biriyani

Ingredients

Beef-1 kg

turmeric

chilly powder

coriander powder

salt

For masala

onion-6-7

ginger garlic

chilly

pepper corn

shallots

tomato-4

coriander leaves

mint leaves

curry leaves

oil

ghee

curd

garam masala

for rice

water

rice-1 kg

carrot

spices

salt

Preparation

Marinate beef with masalas and rest for 1 hour. Grind ginger garlic,chilly , pepper and shallots into coarse paste. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, tomato and grinded vegetables, next add beef,curd, ghee and required salt, mix well and cook beef.Add herbs too.

Boil water for rice, add salt,spices, carrot and some oil, once it boil well add rice and cook well.

Set rice and masala layer, add some garam masala powder and fried onion and herbs between the layers. Cover Biriyani pot some time, then serve it.
