Preparation
In a bowl, add milk and curd, add lemon juice,crushed pepper,salt,and ginger garlic paste, mix well and soak chicken pieces in this mix, keep 1 hour atleast. Take maida in a bowl, add corn flour,salt and other masalas, mix well. Take chicken pieces coat with dry ingredients mix, then dip in cold water for 10 sec, again coat masala mix, repeat this again, now ready to fry. Keep the flame low to medium.
