Brinjal Fry

Kashmiri chilli powder -1 1/2 tbsp

turmeric powder-1/4 tsp

pepper powder-1/2 tsp

corn flour-1 tbsp

lemon juice-1 tsp

water-2 tbsp

salt

coconut oil-3 tbsp

curry leaves-2 sprigs

Preparation

Cut brinjal into round shape. Take a bowl, add masalas, corn flour,ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice and some water, make a thick paste, then marinate brinjal with this masala, rest for 1/2 hrs. Heat oil in a pan, fry this brinjal in medium flame.
