Ingredients
Oats-1 cup
semolina-1/2 cup
curd-1 cup
water-1 cup
coconut oil-1 tbsp
mustard-1 tsp
cumin-1 tsp
urad dal-1 tsp
gram dal-1 tsp
shallots chopped-1 tbsp
green chilly chopped-1 tbsp
carrot/beetroot chopped-1/2 cup
salt
baking soda-3/4 tsp
Preparation
Dry roast oats in a pan, then grind it into fine powder. Heat a pan, add oil, then add , mustards, cumin,urad dal, gram dal, chilly, shallots, chopped vegetables, and saute it well, then add semolina, heat it, finally add oats, then mix all well, and allow it to cool. After cooling well, add curd, and water and make a thick batter, rest this batter for 1/2 hrs, then add salt and baking soda, mix well. Now make soft idli.
