Poha-1

rice flour-2 cup

water-2 1/4 cup

yiest-1/2 tsp

sugar-2 tbsp

salt-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Wash poha well, then soak it for 15 minutes. Mix yiest,sugar and lukewarm water and rest for 10 minutes.In a mixie jar, add soaked poha, then grind it well. Add rice flour,water,salt, poha paste, and yiest mix to another mixie jar, then grind it well and make a perfect batter, and rest for 1/2 hrs. Then heat a pan, pour batter, once the holes come, cover the pan and cook well.
