1.Banana=5,6,7

2.All purpose flour (maida)=1 cup

3.Idli batter=1/2 cup

4.Rice flour =1/4 cup

5.Turmeric powder=1/4 tsp

6.Sugar=3 or 4 tbsp

7.Salt=as needed

8.Baking soda=2 pinch

9.Water=3/4 cup or 1 cup

10.Coconut oil=as needed

Preparation

Cut banana into long slices.Take a bowl, add maida, rice flour, idli batter,sugar,salt.baking soda,turmeric powder and required water, mix well and make a thick batter. Dip banana slices in the batter and fry in hot oil.
