Ingredients
chicken boneless-250 gm
kashmiri chilly-1 tsp
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
salt
ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
kasoori methi-1 tbsp
vinegar-1 1/2 tsp
cumin-1/2 tsp
coconut oil-1 tsp
capsicum
onion
tomato
chilly flakes
Preparation
Marinate chicken with masalas,ginger garlic paste,coconut oil,vinegar, salt and kasoori methi, mix well, then add vegetables and chilly flakes, after mixing well, keep in fridge for 5 hrs, then take back and take a stick, then stick chicken,onion,capsicum and tomato order, fill the stick, fry in pan by using butter.
