Ingredients
banana flower-1
green chilly-2
coconut-3-4 tbsp
curry leaves
salt
coconut oil-3-4 tbsp
mustards
dry red chilly
Preparation
Chop banana flower,then soak in turmeric water for 1/2 hrs, then wash it and drain out from water. Heat a pan, crack mustards, add dry red chilly, curry leaves, saute it well, then add chopped banana leaves, then cook it well, finally add some curry leaves,coconut and coconut oil.
