Ingredients
Urad Daal (Uzhunnu Parippu )-2 glass
Curry leaves
Green chillies
Onion
Ginger
Black pepper
Salt
for chutney
coconut
roasted chickpea
ginger
chilly
shallot
water
Preparation
Wash urad dal and soak it for 4-6 hrs, then drain out from water. Take a mixie jar, add urad dal, crush it without water, add 2-3 tsp of water if required, then grind it well.Next mix the batter with your hand about 5 minutes. Rest for 1/2 hrs, next add chopped vegetables,salt and pepper, mix it well. Heat oil in a plan , take batter after diping your hand in water, put a hole and put it into the oil, fry well.
