Ingredients
fish-1 kg
shallots-10
ginger small
garlic-8
green chilly-4
fennel seeds-1/2 tsp
pepper powder
onion-2
turmeric-1 tsp
kashmiri chilly-3 tsp
pot tamarind-6
curry leaves
coconut oil
salt
thick coconut milk-2 cup
Preparation
Take a mixie jar, add onion,shallots,ginger,garlic,fennel seeds,curry leaves, salt and masalas, grind into thick paste. Marinate fish with this masala. After 1/2 hrs, shallowfry fish, then saute the leftover masala, then add fish and coconut milk, cook until it become thick.
