rice flour- 1 1/2 cup
salt

water- 1 1/2 cup
oil
Preparation
Take a pan, add rice flour, add water and salt into it, mix well, add some oil, after mixing well, cook it in medium flame, stir well, cook until it become thick and non sticky, turn off flame, allow it to cool, then fill the dough in an idiyappam maker, press idiyappam. Finally cook it in a steamer.
