Ingredients

Amrutham podi-1 cup

maida-1 cup

baking soda

rava-2 1/2 spoon

salt

egg-2

cardamom

sugar-1/2 cup

Preparation

In a bowl, add all dry ingredients, mix well. In a mixie jar, add egg , sugar and cardamom, blend it well, add to the flour, knead it well, and make soft dough, rest for 1/2 hrs. After 1/2 hrs, take the dough, knead well , make shape and put cut on it, done this for all, finally fry in hot oil.
