Ingredients
yogurt- 1/2 ltr
carrot-1/2
cucumber-1/2
green chilly-3
ginger
salt
curry leaves
oil
mustard seeds
dry red chilly-3
tomato-1
onion-1
hing
coriander leaves
Preparation
Take yogurt in a bowl, add chopped carrot, cucumber, ginger, green chilly and salt, mix well. Heat a pan, pop mustards, roast red chilly, curry leaves, then saute onion,tomato and chilly, add to the salad, garnish with coriander leaves.
