Ingredients
Pork : 1k.g
Onion : 3medium size
Small Onion: 12 no.s
Garlic : 1full
Ginger : 1 big size
Curry Leaves: 2big
Green Chilly: 4
Chilly powder: 1.5 tsp
Pepper Powder: 3.5 tsp
Coriander Powder: 4tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
Garam Masala : 1 tsp
Coconut oil

Preparation
Marinate pork meat with salt,turmeric and coconut oil, then rest for 1/2 hrs.After 1/2 hrs, wash off the meat. Then add turmeric,pepper,coriander powder,curry leaves,crushed ginger,shallots and chilly, and oil, mix well. Cook in a non stick pan, add salt . Once it cooked well, separate it from ghee.Heat another pan, add oil, saute ginger and garlic, next add onion, now add ghee, chilly,curry leaves and salt, mix all well, then cook it.Next add masalas, mix well, cook until it become dry, now add cooked meat, mix well, cook until it become dry.
