Ingredients
* Roasted chana dal – 1/4 cup
* Rice powder – 1 cup

* Asafoetida – a pinch
* Chilli powder- 1 tsp
* Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
* Sesame seeds – 1 Tbsp
* Oil – 1 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Dry grind chana dal and strain it, add another ingredients one bye one, then mix with your hand, add hot water, knuead it well and make soft dough. Take idiyappam presser and grease it well and fill with dough, then press it to a plate, then fry it in hot oil.
