Ingredients
fish-1 kg
pot tamarind-3 pieces
garlic-1 pot
ginger
turmeric-1/4 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-3 1/2 tbsp
fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp
coconut oil
mustards-1/2 tsp
fenugreek 1/4 tsp
hing-1/4 tsp
curry leaves
Preparation
Mix chilly powder, fenugreek and turmeric with tamarind soaked water and make a thick paste.Heat a pan, add oil, pop mustards and fenugreek, add ginger,garlic,and chilly saute it well, add masala paste and salt, add water and boil it well. Take another pot, add chilly paste , then fish and curry leaves, set 3 layers., boil it well.
