thick coconut milk

Preparation
Marinate fish with salt , turmeric, pepper powder and curry leaves, then rest it for 1 hr. Fry fish and keep aside. In the same pan saute onion,shallots, ginger&garlic. curry leaves and required salt. After sauting well add masalas, mix well, next add second coconut milk, boil it well, add vinegar , mix well, now add fried fish, after cooked add tomato, finally add coconut thick milk.
