Ingredients

raw rice-1 cup

poha-1/2 cup

coconut-1/2 cup

coconut water

Preparation

soak rice for 3 hrs, then grind with other all ingredients, then rest 8 hrs for fermentation, add sugar and salt, mix well, add water if required. Heat a unniyappam pot, spread oil, then pour batter in each hole, cook  both sides.
