Ingredients
raw rice-2 glass
cooked rice-1 cup
coconut-1 cup
salt
baking soda
Preparation
Soak rice for 3 hrs, then strain out from water, add coconut , salt, cooked rice a, mix all well, then grind into fine batter, keep overnight, then add baking soda, mix well, then make soft vellayappam.
