Crispy Uzhunnuvada

Ingredients

urad dal-1 cup

fenugreek-1 tsp

dosa batter- 9 tsp

onion-2

chilly-2

ginger chopped

curry leaves

crushed pepper

sambar powder-1/2 tsp

hing-1 pinch

rice flour-1 tbsp

salt

Preparation

Soak urad dal with fenugreek, then grind it with dosa batter, mix it with your hand.Rest the batter for 2-3 hrs. Then add other ingredients into the batter, mix it well, then rest it for 5 minutes in fridge. Dip your hand in water, then take batter, put hole, then put it to hot oil, fry it well.
