Ingredients
• Ash guard – 250 grams
• Onion – 1 (small)
• Green chilli – 2 no’s
• Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
• Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
• Chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
• Thin coconut milk – 1 cup
• Thick coconut milk – ½ cup
• Mustard seeds – ½ teaspoon
• Dry chilli –2 no’s
• Water – ¼ cup
• Curry leaves
• Oil
• Salt
Preparation
In a pressure cooker add ash gourd, masalas , salt, onion, chilly, curry leaves and water, cook for 2 whistle. After the pressure is gone, open the lid, then add second extract of coconut milk, cook for 2-3 minutes, then add thick coconut milk, after mixing well, turn off flame. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, after heat it well, pop mustards,red chilly and curry leaves, add to curry.
