Ingredients
raw rice-1 1/2 cup soaked
coconut-1/2 cup
cumin-1/2 tsp
fennel-1/2 tsp
onion-1/2
salt
water
chilly powder-1 1/2 tsp
salt
water
curry leaves.
Preparation
Grind soaked rice with coconut,cumin,fennel , onion,salt and water, then pour the batter to a plate, then steam cook it for 20 minutes. After cooking well, cut it into rectangle shape.
Mix chilly powder,salt and water and make a paste, marinate the appam with the paste, then shallow fry this.
