Ingredients
raw rice- 1 1/2 glass( soaked)
cooked rice-3/4 cup
coconut-1 cup
egg-1
water
salt
Preparation
Add rice, boiled rice,coconut,egg and required water in a mixie jar, grind it well, then pour it to a bowl,add salt, mix well, then rest for 1/2 hrs. Heat a tawa, pour 1 laddle of batter, after the bubbles comes out, cover the tawa, cook it well.
