coconut oil
onion-1
ginger,garlic,chilly and curry leaves
chicken( cooked with turmeric,chilly and salt)
pepper powder
garam masala
chicken masala
salt
for batter
egg-1
maida-maida
pepper powder
turmeric
salt
water
Preparation
For filling, saute onion and other ingredients with masala and chicken, cook well and set aside. For batter, grind all ingredients, then make a loose batter.
Heat a pan, spread oil, then pour the batter, spread over the pan, once it cooked add masala, fold from one side, pour the batter to the empty side, again add masala, fold it again, repeat this for 2-3 times, cook well.
