Chicken fried rice

Ingredients

1.BASMATHI RICE=2 1/2 CUP ( 1/2 KG)

2.WATER===10 CUP

3.OIL

4.SALT

5.LEMON JUICE=1 TBSP

6.CARROT=1/4 CUP

7.BEANS=1/4 CUP

8.CABBAGE=1/4 CUP

9.CAPSICUM= HALF PORTION

10.SPRING ONION

11.CHOPPED GARLIC=10,15

12.RED CHILLI SAUSE=1 or 1 1/2 TSP + 1 TBSP

13.GREEN CHILLI SAUSE=1 TBSP

14.SOYA SAUSE=1/2 or 1 TSP + 1 TBSP

15.BONELESS CHICKEN=500 GRM

16.CORN FLOUR=1 TSP

17.EGG=3

18.PEPPER POWDER (WHITE OR BLACK)

19.MILK=2 TBSP

20.TURMERIC POWDER=1/4 TSP

21.SUGAR=1/4 OR 1/2 TSP

Preparation

Marinate chicken with pepper powder,corn flour, sauces and salt, mix well. Add turmeric,salt and milk to eggs,then mix it well. After 1/2 hrs, fry chicken in hot oil. Then scramble egg in the same oil. Take a biriyani pot, heat oil, add garlic, saute it well, next add chopped vegetables one bye one, cook in high flame , add sauces,pepper powder and sugar, then add cooked rice,chicken, and scrambled eggs, mix all well.
