Chattipathiri

Ingredients

for chapathi

maida- 1 1/4 cup

salt

water

for scrambling(filling)

egg-5

cardamom powder

sugar-10 tbsp

for dipping

egg-6

sugar-12 tbsp

cardamom powder

milk-1/4 cup

semolina-2 tbsp

ghee-2 tbsp

cashews

kismis

milk-1/2 cup

ghee-2 tbsp+2tbsp oil

Preparation

Take maida in a bowl, add salt and required water, knead it well and make a soft dough,then divide the dough into small balls, then flattern it, set 2-3 chapathies in a layer, then flattern again, cook these in a tawa and separate all.

For filling,mix egg,sugar and cardamom, then scramble it by adding roasted cashews,kismis and roasted rava, then keep aside.

for dipping, mix milk,egg,sugar and cardamom powder.

Take a sauce pan, put 1 chapathi, take second one,dip in milk,then dip in egg mix ,set above the first one,pour some egg mix above it, add filling, add some cashews,kismis,rava and oil, put third pathiri like the same, repeat the same, finally pour the balance egg mix and other ingredients, set it evenly, now put the pan above a heated tawa, cook in low flame for 30 minutes.
