Ingredients
For marination
Chicken-1 1/2 kg
ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
curd-1/2 cup
salt
For coating
maida-3/4 cup
oats-3/4 cup
corn flour-3/4 cup
kashmiri chilly-1 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
salt
for dipping
egg-2
Preparation
Marinate chicken with, salt,curd,ginger garlic paste, rest this to 4-6 hrs in fridge. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl coat chicken pieces in this mixture then dip in egg mix, coat again, then fry in hot oil.
