Preparation
Take maida in a bowl, add salt and water, knead well and make a soft dough, divide the dough into small balls, flattern it into thin layers, place one above one , spread dalda between the layers, again roll it, then cut into small sheets, roll it again and flat it and fry in hot oil, spread some sugar above it.
