Ingredients
Tapioca- 1 kg 200 gm
coconut -1/2
shallots-5-6
chilly-3-4
garlic-5-6
curry leaves
turmeric-1 tsp
cumin-1 tsp
dry red chilly-2
coconut oil-2 tbsp
mustards-2 tsp
Preparation
Cook tapioca in a pressure cooker with salt,turmeric and required water.Crush coconut with cumin, chilly,garlic,shallots and turmeric powder, then add to cooked tapioca, mix well and cook in low flame for 5 minutes then turn off flame. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustards, roast chilly and curry leaves, add to tapioca, mix well.
