Ingredients
Amrutham podi- 1 1/2 cup
ghee-3-5 tbsp
milk powder-2 tbsp
powdered sugar-2 tbsp
Preparation
Heat a pan, dry roast amrutham podi for 5 minutes by adding ghee, then transfer it to a bowl, add sugar powdered and milk powder into it, then knead it well, then set in a greased tin, cut into desired shape and rest it in fridge for 1 hour, then you can demould it.
