Ingredients
amrutham podi-1 cup
egg-2
sugar-1/4 cup
cardamom-1/2 tsp
oil for frying
Preparation
Braek egg to a bowl, add sugar, beat it well, add cardamom, after mixing well add amrutham powder, knead it well and make soft dough, add some oil, make small balls, and fry in hot oil.
