Ingredients
Beef-3 kg
turmeric-1 1/2 tsp
salt
Ginger
garlic
chilly
coconut oil
fennel
coconut pieces
curry leaves
shallots-1 kg
chilly powder-2 1/2 tbsp
coriander powder-1 tbsp
pepper powder-2 tsp
garam masala-1 1/2 tsp
Preparation
Cook beef with salt and turmeric, then transfer to a plate. Add coconut oil, once it heat well add fennel, coconut pieces, ginger garlic, chilly , shallots , saute these well, then add cooked beef, next add masalas, mix well, add more oil, cook until it become fry, finally add some coriander leaves.
