Ingredients
for marination
fish-1 1/2 kg
turmeric
chilly powder-3 tsp
salt
vinegar
Other ingredients
oil for frying
mustard
garlic-2 handful
ginger
green chilly-10
pickle powder-7 tsp
chilly powder-2 tsp
fenugreek-1 1/2 tsp
hing powder
Preparation
Marinate fish with masalas, then rest it for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes fry it in hot oil. Heat a pan , add oil, once it heat well add mustards, pop it well, then add garlic saute it, then add chilly and ginger, saute all well. Next add masalas, next add vinegar and salt, boil it well, now add fried fish, cook until it become dry.Now you can preserve it.
