dry red chilly
turmeric
kashmiri chilly
hing powder-1/4 tsp

spring onion
coriander leaves
Preparation
Cook dal with salt, turmeric, ginger,garlic,chilly, curry leaves, shallots and required water.Heat a pan, add oil,crack mustards and cumin, next add curry leaves and dry red chilly, next add garlic and ginger, fry it well, next add green chilly and onion, add salt and saute it well, add ghee, next add masalas and tomato, saute it well, next add slit chilly, spring onion, mix well then add cooked dal, add more salt, cook for 5 minutes, add 1 spoon of ghee, finally add some spring onion and coriander leaves.
