Easy fish curry

Ingredients

Tomato-2

ginger

garlic

green chilly

shallots

curry leaves

pot tamarind

fish

turmeric-1/4 tsp

fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-2 tsp

coriander powder-2 tsp

Preparation

Heat a clay pot, add coconut oil, once it heat well, add ginger,garlic , shallots and curry leaves, saute it well, next add tomato, cook until it become soft, now add chilly, then add masalas, mix all well, next add hot water with tamarind, mix well and allow it to boil, add salt, once it boil well add fish, cook for 10 minutes.
