Banana halwa

Ingredients

Banana – 5 (500 gm)
Jaggery – 1 cup (200 gm)
Ghee – 6 tsp
Cashewnut – 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp

Preparation

Melt jaggerry with 1/4 cup of water. Grind banana into fine paste. Heat a pan, add ghee, roast cashew nut and set aside. Add more ghee, then add banana paste, stir well, next add melted jaggerr, mix well, cook for 15 minutes, again add ghee, cook 10 more minutes, then add cardamom and cashew, cook until it become thick and non sticky, then pour to a greased tin, then shape it and allow it to cool, now you can cut desired shape.
