Ingredients
Jackfruit core – cut into cube shape
curry leaves
turmeric
salt
grated coconut
fennel, cloves,cinnamon,cardamom
curry leaves
coriander powder
chilly powder
kashmiri chilly powder
meat masala-1/2 tsp
salt
coconut oil
onion
garlic
ginger
green chilly
coconut pieces
Preparation
Cook jackfruit core in a pressure cooker with turmeric,salt and curry leaves. Roast coconut with some spices and masalas and grind into fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion,ginger,garlic and chilly, coconut pieces, and saute it well, now add cooked jackfruit core, mix well, next add coconut paste, allow it to boil well. Finally season with mustards and curry leaves.
