Easy fish curry

Ingredients

Mackerel-1/2 kg

Shallots-20 nos

Tomato-1

Green chilly-3

Curry Leaves

Coconut oil-2 1/2 tbsp

Kashmiri chilly powder-1 Tbsp

Chilly powder-1 Tbsp

Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp

Tamarind juice-1/4 cup

Preparation

Take a mixie jar, add shallots, half tomato, masalas and required water, and make a thick paste. Heat a pan, add oil, after heat well add chopped shallots, saute it well, next add green chilly, curry leaves and masala paste, mix it all, cook for 10 minutes in low flame, now add half of tomato, once the masala cooked well add tamarind juice, add more water, allow it to boil well, add salt, next add cleaned fish, cook it well. Finally add some raw coconut oil and curry leaves.
