tomato-1
water-1 cup
coriander leaves
fried onion
fried cashews and kismis
cooked basmati rice
Preparation
Marinate chicken with masalas and rest for 1/2 hrs, then fry it well. In the same oil saute onion, ginger garlic,tomatoes with masalas, add 1 glass water, once it starts boiling add chicken, cook for 5 minutes in high flame. In a banana leaf add chicken masala and rice, add some fried onion and cashew kismis, then tie the leaf and steam in a idli pot for 5 minutes, kizhi biriyani is now ready to serve.
