tamarind-200gm

ginger crushed-1 tbsp

cumin-1 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

water-2 cup

jaggerry-3

salt-1 pinch

Preparation

In a saucepan add tamarind,chilly powder,cumin, ginger and water, cook it well, and allow it to cool, after cooling well, strain this mixture, again boil it with jaggerry and salt, stir well. cook until it become thick. After cooling it you can use it.
