Ingredients
Flour / Maida – 2 1/2 cups ( 300 grams)
Yeast – 1 tsp ( instant) , take 1 1/2 tsp if using active dry yeast
Baking Powder – 1/4 tsp ( 4 pinch)
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Warm water – 1/4 cup Water as required ( approximately 1 cup)
Oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation
Take lukewarm water, add sugar, and yiest, mix well, allow it to activate. In a bowl, add maida, salt, and baking powder, mix well, then add activated yiest, knead it well , add required water, make it a soft dough, then rest for 1 1/2 hrs. Knead it again and roll it into thick chappathy, then cook in a pan.
