Ingredients
for dough
milk luke warm
maida-2 cup
yiest-1 tsp
sugar-1/4 cup
salt-1 pinch
for filling
coconut grated
tuti fruity
sugar
cardamom
Preparation
For dough making, add all ingredients in a bowl, knead it by adding lukewarm milk, make a soft dough and rest it for 1 hour. For filling mix all ingredients then set aside.
After 1 hour take the dough and knead it in counter top, then divide this into 2 equal parts, add some dust, then roll it into round shape, put in a tin, add fillings, spread over, put the second layer and cover it well, then bake in a idli pot or any other pot.
