curry leaves

salt

chilly flakes-2 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

Preparation

Heat a kadai, add coconut oil, once it heats well, add chopped shallots and curry leaves, fry well, then add chilly flakes, mix well, then add turmeric, after mixing well, add kovaykka, cook it well without water.
