Dried rice paayasam

Ingredients

dried payasam rice-1 cup

sugar-1 cup

milk-1 ltr

ghee-2 tbsp

cashews and kismis

Preparation

Cook rice with 2 cup of water for 4 whistle. Boil milk with water, add 1/2 to cooked rice, stir well, then add another half, allow it to boil, next add sugar, next add ghee, cook for 10 minutes. Once it become thick add cardamom and turn off flame. Add roasted cashew and kismis to payasam.
